JasperJune K. Hawkins

Welcome to my page! My name is JasperJune Hawkins and I am a graduate of the William Allen White School of Journalism at the University of Kansas. I graduated in December of 2021 with a B.S. in Journalism, a minor in Sports Management, and certificates in Sports Broadcast Journalism and Leadership. During my time at KU, I focused my studies on broadcast media and social media development with an emphasis in sports media. While at KU, I worked for the award-winning production company, Rock Chalk Video and ESPN. Since graduation, I worked as the Video Production and Multimedia Manager for the Charleston RiverDogs. During that time, I produced all live broadcasts as well as produced all creative content pieces for social media usage. After my time with The RiverDogs, I worked as the graphic designer and social media manager for Beverly Hills Sports Council, a prominent MLB agency. I am currently the social media manager for several small businesses in Charleston. I am very passionate about supporting different local businesses in the community and plan to continue to grow my career within the Charleston area while helping my clients grow and reach their goals.
